You are a Business entity with an ABN number.

You Deal Nationally and/or Local Areas stipulated in our Site.

You are Not a Foreign Entity with Business in another country.

You agree to the Advertising Conditions and Terms of use and pay all accounts as specified by/in our system.

You agree to not abuse or mislead the Public in any means whatsoever and that products advertised in our medium are proper and respective products/items/service you represent for sale or service.

You agree to immediately remove products which are SOLD from our system  at your earliest convenience. You are not to engage in AMBUSH MARKETING and Respect Proprietary Rights of other Business Entities Trade Marks and Copyrights.

That you indemnify NetClassiedsONLINE.COM from any wrong doing whatsoever implied or applied legally from any action you take where it conflicts with Business Regulators in Australia.

You agree to Respect advertising Laws in your State and Local Government, especially DEpt of Fair Trading and you agree to comply with requirements by the law in your State and Federally.

You agree that your Trading Place is a Properly maintained for Business Purposes and licensed to do so. You have a proper Public Liability in Place as an assurance.

 If you are a professional working from  a Domestic Residence Please State this in your AD. ( eg. Working From Home).

All Ads must use Proper Street Business Addresses.  NO PO Boxes are to be used are to be used for Business Addresses unless they are both Specified and PO Box is used only for Mailing Address.

If a member of the Public reports a misleading Business Address we will and say that your AD is in Contravention of our Trading Conditions.

You agree that if your Business is in Contravention of our Rules your forfeit your payment and you will be banned from our System. No Ifs, No But, No BULL! and no REFUNDS.

You agree that you are solely responsible for the dealings with the Public Forum and that at no Stage our Mediums are responsible for your actions.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your Advertising and conducting your Business and that we from time to time check on your Ads to evaluate its integrity.

You agree that we have all final says about the Ads and that we can remove any ads without any prior notification if we found it been offensive, disgraceful and degrading towards its prime objective.

You agree to abide by these terms and that our decision in participation is final.
